The second Mustang in our stable, we affectionately named Shelby is a 1967 Mustang two door, soft-top convertible. Enjoy the freedom that a 1967 convertible Mustang offers. Convertibles have long held the imaginations of Mustang owners. A sunny day with the top down appeals to many passengers. Shelby is fitted with an electric roof which means the roof can be raised (closed) in times of inclement weather, with the top down Shelby is a stand out for those epic all important bridal shots.
Originally, powered by a 289 V8' engine, Shelby has undergone an engine rebuild. She packs a punch and the unique sound of 302 for that WOW factor! Shelby has a Brittany Blue Metallic paintwork with a dark blue crinkle interior.
Mustang Shelby was first licenced in Houston out of the Dearborn factory in 1967. The 1967 Mustang Convertible was retro fitted with air-conditioning and this remains in fine working order, so you will still be transported in refreshing cool air in a very cool-looking car! And of course like 1965 Mustang Coupe Sally, Shelby is left-hand drive!
Shelby is licensed to carry four (4) passengers, however this is a cosy fit so we recommend three (3) passengers. Shelby still retains the original seat lap belts (working) front and rear and is not fitted with airbags; it is therefore not suitable for carriage of children under the age of 8 or less.
